1) Include room hire /AV / catering / accommodation in their Day Delegate and 24 Hour rates
2) Provide a written proposal to you within 24 hours
3) Provide the pricing in the format that you requested
4) Have a range of meeting rooms available year round
5) Have an annual visit from our team to ensure they meet these points
