At Henley Conferences, part of Henley Business School, we are dedicated to providing high quality conference facilities for businesses all year round and can arrange tailored packages for meetings, events and training days for up to 115 delegates. Free WiFi access is available throughout the centre with a highly skilled on-site technical to support team to provide any additional equipment required and an event manager is on hand throughout the day to assist where necessary.
There are 11 conference rooms with state-of-the-art facilities can all be arranged in a number of different layouts and configurations, depending on requirements and the number of delegates. The National Grid conference room can accommodate up to 115 delegates in a lecture theatre style. There are a selection of other rooms which offer a range of sizes and layouts. All conference rooms have full multimedia presentation facilities. Dedicated video conferencing suite. Refreshments, stationery, flipcharts, phones and whiteboards are included as standard.
